We guarantee quick acknowledgment of your e-mail request. Customer support, e-mails, and other inquiries will receive a response within the hour, during our business hours, excluding holidays. Note: Special request inquiries that require a development of a quote will require a 24 to 48 hour delay, excluding weekends and holidays.

Returns & Refunds
  • All non-perishable items that are defected by the manufacture should be returned in their original packaging within 30 days. Please contact our customer service department for our product return address.
  • No perishable items can be returned, please call our customer service department for instructions.
  • Refunds will be given on defected items ONLY.

Gift Basket Substitutions

We make every effort to ensure that the products featured in our gift baskets are available. The Personal Gift Basket Company reserves the right to substitute any basket design and product with similar products of equal value.

Sales Tax
The Personal Gift Basket Company is required by law to apply sales tax to the full purchase price (including delivery and shipping costs) on all products delivered within the state of Missouri.

Shipping
Shipping is subject to additional charges based on dimensional weight of the box.

Privacy Policy
At the Personal Gift Basket Company, your privacy is our promise. It is our policy not to disclose any customer information including your name, address, phone number, or email address to any third party. Your customer information is completely confidential and will not be traded or sold for any reason.

Delivery Information
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days from the date the order is received. Custom orders can take up to 10 business days after the order is received. For faster service, order by phone, fax, or email.
 
Local Deliveries
Local deliveries consist of the St. Louis Metropolitan areas and the St. Charles Counties. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Delivery charges start at $7.00.  Rush deliveries (same day service) are $15.00 within the local delivery area only.
 
Deliveries Outside of the Local Delivery areas
Pricing for deliveries outside of the local areas will be shipped via FedEx. For next day delivery, orders need to be placed before 12:00 p.m. the day before. Depending on the city destination, deliveries may incur an additional charge.
 
Commercial Deliveries
Business deliveries are made Monday through Friday between the hours of  9 am and 4 pm.  Delivery fees are the same as the local delivery fees.
